Is there is an addon that broadcast the DVB stream over the Lan

Is there is a plugin that broadcast the DVB stream over the Lan

..that can be configured to allow certain IPs to watch the stream via VLC

adn to config the allowed IPs that can access the transmission

Maybe Videolan (videolan.org).... but the bandwidth isn't enough large.... or are you going to stream the dvb signal over your local lan?
